Sources missing after closing and reopening OBS

Hi I am having an issue with OBS where I setup audio/video/txt sources live stream and all is well. Once I close out OBS and reopen it the Audio Input Capture sources no longer show up in Audio Mixer. Removing the Audio Input Capture source and recreating it fixes it. With TXT (GDI+) it shows on OBS screen but does not display on livestream without removing and recreating. Have looked for solution to no avail.

Here is my current log file, thank you for your help!

Please attach (not copy/paste) the log file in here. Down bellow you can see the Attach files button.
Also, in the OBS Help menu you have a way to upload the log files (actual or previous), copy the URL to post in here and use the Analyze button to verify the log file for most common issues and how to solve them.

Thank you and that is great feature! Here is my log file
Here is my log file after correcting issues that popped up through the Analyzer but still having same problem as originally stated.

My guess is the Audio-Monitor plugin may be affecting it? It shouldn't be a problem and I use Audio Monitor to tie in Virtual Audio Cables in order to do live Call-Ins on my podcast. Not sure of any other way to do so w/o using Audio Monitor.

The log file is cut short and has no streaming / recording session on it, which is essential.
Anyway, after you add a new scene / source is saved on the scene collection file. If you windows user don't have permission to write on the folder where is located this file, please run OBS as admin. If the issue still happens, then the issue may be due to various reasons related to the operating system or an antivirus.

Make sure you're running OBS as admin, once you do a test of streaming and recording, for no less than 30 seconds doing all that you normally do, stop the streaming / recording (don't close OBS) and then upload the current log file.

Gotcha.. will do!

Closing and opening OBS in admin mode present the same issue or now there's no sources missing?
I mean, you start OBS in admin mode, add the source, close OBS, open again...

In the log you can see 4 gdi+ sources in PSB Clean scene and 4 gdi+ sources in PSB Bkps scene, total 8. Is there any source missing? After restart OBS, do any is missing?
Try removing the scroll_filter for this sources.

Also:
To clarify when running OBS in admin mode then closing and reopening, the sources remain listed in source dock however the "HeadsetMic" audio input capture (or any audio input capture I previously setup) does not show up in the audio mixer. It is not hidden in advanced audio properties it shows them all as inactive. So then I remove it and readd it again using the existing "HeadsetMic" source and other audio input capture sources and they show back up in audio mixer and show input signals on meters like normal, which is a temporary fix. Shouldn't it be set it and forget?

Also which may be related, when I test a direct stream to Rumble or watch the recordings (.mkv's or .mp4's) on VLC player I do not hear any "HeadsetMic" audio - desktop audio sources sound fine. I have all audio sources on track 1.

The gdi+ sources also remain in source dock and when enabled show up on OBS screen like expected however during last nights live stream they were not showing on broadcast while enabled. Running in admin mode seems to have fix the gdi+ issue as when I tested livestream on rumble they appeared as expected.

Here is logfile of current test stream/recording.

BTW, thank you for your help on this really appreciate your quick responses!

Update- I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it w/o Audio Monitor plugin and it seems to work like normal again - audio sources are showing in audio mixer with no problems.

I will be reinstalling the Audio Monitor plugin tomorrow and hopefully it will work just fine, will update if that problem reoccurs.

Thank you for your time and help today!
