I have looked everywhere online and have tried everything I can for game capture be it specific game capture or window capture. The only way I can get anything to capture on my stream is if I do a display capture which I really would prefer not to do. I am using streamelements for overlays. Everything is a black screen when I tell it where to look. The one thing I have noticed is the overlay window is big and on the screen when I do a window or game capture it shows a red square in the top left corner of OBS but I cant select it or drag it to make it bigger. When I hover over the overlay it shows a box, when I hover over the actual capture there is nothing.
I believe I have to have a setting set incorrectly but I need help figuring it out, I hope someone can please try and assist me in fixing this.
