Hmmm. I've running OBS Studio for Windows 64 bit v 0.16.2. When I attempt to add a source and select Window Capture, I get a black screen. The source I initially tried was an open Chrome window (hardware accelleration disabled) and I noted that while I could not see the Chrome window's content, the cursor did appear as I scrolled it across the position of the window for chrome.
I fiddled with the Window Match Priority setting but no improvement. I was also wondering what all those "Window" sources are that show up. As I selected the Chrome source I noted that I was offered a bunch of other "windows" which I don't believe are running on my computer:
{WinStore.Mobile.exe]:Store
[ApplicationFrameHost.exe]Store
{video.ui.exe]:Movies & TV
ApplicationFrameHost.exe Movies & TV
SystemSettings.exe: Settings
Music.UI.exe: Groove Music
ApplicationFrameHose.exe: Groove music
explorer.exe: null
From where is OBS Studio retrieving these supposed sources? None show any content but a trailing cursor is visible when I select any of them.
I see that other users have experienced similar problems. I was hoping to find a solution in the forum here.
My last two log files are attached.
