Bug Report Source Text isn't displaying in OBS

I created my text source and had it read from file using the StreamLabs text. The text was set to white with a black background and it on the top layer. Nothing displays in the OBS window or when the stream is live. Also, when I am editing the text does not display in the edit window. I am using version 19.0.2 64 bit windows
