I've been experimenting with the Source Switcher and can't seem to figure out why I'm not able to control the source locations and size. It performs its function properly, but the sources are not located where I placed and locked them down in the preview. Their positions are fine when the sources are listed in the preview, but when the Source Switcher plays them back they seem to take up a position and size independently of where I've placed them on the screen. Does anyone have a similar issue and/or a solution? I've also noticed that exiting OBS and re-entering clears up some sequencing problems. It seems like there is a cache containing the sequencing information and when the Switcher is terminated it should be flushed for a fresh start.
Note: Using OBS 31.0.1 and source-switcher-0.4.3 and my Microsoft Visual C++ is up to snuff
There isn't much information on the internet. I just happen to be using a bunch of text sources but I don't think there's a tie in. The Switcher source has a Media control that seems to suggest the ability control video/audio sources, but I haven't tried any source more complicated than text. Hopefully there will be more detailed information available similar to the Advanced Scene Switcher.
