source record problem

Hi
i use obs to record then i install source record to record my cap separately
but i fount that if i choose nvidia nvenc h.264 it record good but it creat file (cam)
but i cant press on it or delete it and if i change to encoder (x264) it works perfect without issue
so what ths issue here?
btw im using obs normal record on nvidia nvenc h.264 the original video work good

edit : also screenshot for error after i try to delete the file that recorded by obs ( source record)
and after i try to open the file media player show error then obs crashed
and when i end task ( obs ffmpeg-mux.exe) i can delete the folder with no problem

EDIT : as i can see now the nvenc h.264 as i mentioned above it works only on display capture
but wont work on camera (elgato)

AND : if i end task this programe files can work with no issue obs-ffmpeg-mux
