source frame auto rotation

I am using obs for an virtual event in which I have taken NDI input of Skype call.
The problem I am facing is the frame of skype gets automatic rotated which any of the participant turn it phone orientation in horizontal or vertical.
I have attached a video link for the problem i am facing.

It's an issue with the smartphones of your callers. If the smartphone they use decides to rotate, it rotates in Skype as well, thus finally in OBS as well. Tell your callers to disable automatic screen rotation within their smartphones. And tell them they must not rotate the smartphone during the call. They must decide if the hold it horizontally or vertically at the start of the call and keep it this way throughout the call.
