"Source audio at max audio buffering. Restarting Source Audio" - Audio cuts out 60-90 minutes of recording

Hello,

I'm digitizing VHS tapes through a USB Video device. After I finish the recording I notice the audio cuts out somewhere in the 60-100 minute mark. I'm writing out to 960x720 resolution output. My recording, device, and OBS settings are in the images below. I've also attached the log output.

As I understand this could be because the CPU usage is 100%, but I'm not using the computer for anything else, and it's a relatively high-end CPU. I notice the analyzer (https://obsproject.com/tools/analyzer?log_url=https://obsproject.com/logs/V8EGQr0TSrfGv0Qi#entry_0) tells me HAGS might be an issue? I'm hesitant to waste another two hours trying with HAGS turned off and checking here first to see if anyone else has any solutions. Also, could it be the video capture device? I got this one on amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Digital-Converter-Capture-Camcorder-Compatible/dp/B0C5R8CTKT

I've tried the following:
-Turned off "Use Device Timestamps" on any audio source that has that option (my usb video feed does not)
-Disabled windows 11 game bar
-disabled all other global audio devices in settings

Thanks in advance!
