Question / Help Sound & video out-of-sync (sound is too fast)

I'm recording a simple step-by-step guide. I capture my browser and my webcam.
It's a 3-minute video. First 2 minutes I have no issues. In the last minute of the video the speech is suddenly recorded quicker than it should, the image is still fine though. Because the speech is being recorded faster it get's out-of-sync with my video.

I'm recording in MKV on a laptop.
Specs : CPU i7-4750HQ (quadcore, 6MB cache, 2Ghz)
- 16GB ram
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M
- OS on SSD, recording on secondary HD 5400rpm

I tried several things already but the result stays the same.
Initially I had my bitrate to 40000, I lowered it to 10000
I tried recording in rate control CBR and CPQ.
I tried using the integrated graphics card as well as the NVIDIA processor.

Here's the complete log file: https://gist.github.com/28762b6148a865cfa8cdb4f5a9518be1

I'm new here so I don't know if this is normal. When I stop recording it takes quite some time for OBS to stop recording and for the MKV file to appear. It's there but size is 0KB. Initially I guessed this was because my hard drive was not fast enough. That's why I lowered the bitrate. Last files are however only 64MB so I don't think that should be an issue.

when i switched to my 4k 6fps cam i also got Audio to video delay all i did was Add Filter > add Render delay > set to 200 and it worked, (Note that 200 worked for me, you might need to fiddle with it to fit yours)
