Hello,
I'm kinda new to OBS Studio and I tried to use the sound mixer to reduce the sound level of a game I wanted to record while add a few dB to my mic. The idea was to avoid doing two simultaneous recording and still have my voice higher than the game audio. But it never worked.
I tried to use the audio settings from game recording (don't know the exact names of the categories since I have the app in french on my computer so sorry if it's not exactly what I'm writing), screen recording, audio recording from an app or audio recording (out) but I obtained the same result each time: the sound levels remained the same as if I didn't change the levels at all. Though I did change them:
(no sound here for the game since the audio automatically stops when the game not on an active screen)
I'm on Windows 11 and I saw some topics on Internet stating they add audio issues from an usb audio driver but I don't think I'm concerned since my mic is using an XLR cable and I tried to record the game sound directly from the computer with game recording, screen recording or audio recording from an app or from my headphones connected with 3.5mm jack cable with audio recording (out).
I don't know how much it helps since I closed OBS Studio several time while trying but here are the logs: https://obsproject.com/logs/QgmJ5PS0W0rIqWlk
Thanks for your help :)
