Question / Help Sound Quality

I am hoping to get better sound than what I am currently getting. I heard another person’s feed on twitch and it sounded a lot clearer than mine.

My current settings are as follows:

Output - Streaming

Video bit Rate 3200kbps
Encoder Software (x264)
Audio Bitrate 160 (I understand that this is the upper limit to Twitch)

Audio – General

Sample Rate 44.1khz
Channels Stereo

Any help would be great

I am not sure what you mean? My sound is coming into OBS via the Desktop Audio in the "Audio Mixer" section if that helps
