Sound Problems

Hello everyone. I have a technical question. I have had the following sound problem for a few days:
My stream is running fine at first. After a certain time,
sometimes only after 20 or 30 minutes, but then the sound comes off
Game sound asynchronous. In OBS I don't get any
omitted frames or similar displayed. Connection is always stable.
As an example, I shoot the gun in COD and the tone comes out about 5
Seconds later while my voice continues to match mine perfectly
Facecam fits.
If the problem were in the stream right from the start, I could handle the error better
search. But that's really difficult. Stream on OBS, Elgato
Capture HD60S +. The gameplay comes from the PS5. Both sampling rates are at 48khz, with the elgato as well as in OBS. Now, while watching the stream, I noticed the following: 10 seconds before the gameplay becomes asynchronous, the sound cuts out. Then it comes back after several seconds and from there on, the gameplay is asynchronous with the sound. If I only take a picture of e.g. two hours, the problem does NOT occur.
What could that be because this problem doesn't exist from the start?
There is also one
Possibility to test during the stream whether everything is in sync without
that I always have to watch my own stream in between?
Many thanks for your help.

All active sounds channels at 48? card,OBS,speaker, heatset (every channel the audio of the card pass)
and you set up the audio and video delay (not only one of them) ? like elgato write in its instructions?

Hi there. many thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult because I have to translate everything into German. I'll check everything. but what does my headset and speakers have to do with the stream? the asynchrony was also noticed by viewers.

Try a stream and after you have the problem, follow the instructions posted here Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
One comment that has come up a number of times regarding odd / inconsistent audio lag is making sure all of your audio devices are using the same refresh rate
A low probability item would be if your CPU is getting overloaded at some point, so possibly using Task Manager (Performance tab) and/or Resource Monitor to keep an eye on PC resource utilization

Hi there. Unfortunately I could not upload the last log file of the stream with the error. I've added them here now. I hope that is ok?

Looks like most audio at [48000 Hz] initialized, but
22:39:56.447: video device: c922 Pro Stream Webcam
22:39:56.456: sample rate: 44100
Are you using the Logitech mic?

Also, this isn't an area of my expertise, but I've seen others recommend making sure your AAC encoder is working, and your log shows it isn't (if I recall correctly, a standard install doesn't set this up, but a user driven extra step (to go get and install the AAC encoder component from elsewhere...) sorry, I haven't upgraded to OBS v26 yet, so not something I've dealt with ... yet
22:39:53.724: [CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded

Also, I see NDI is loading... (again, I have upgraded yet). so more for others... is that a natural default (NDI to initialize), or was this a user setting within OBS to enable NDI?
- if user driven, @TheVampire78 did you mean to have NDI turned on? just curious...

Thanks for the renewed answer. I do NOT use the webcam microphone. I have an external microphone. There are no problems here either. The problem is ONLY the asynchrony of the sound to the corresponding gameplay. But only after a certain time. And when I looked at the stream afterwards, I noticed that the sound from the gameplay suddenly goes out for about 10 seconds and then comes back. And from this point on, the tone no longer matches the gameplay. However, while this issue occurs, my voice remains in sync with my facecam. I only set up the NDI as a scene in order to integrate a Skype partner with his cam into my stream in the future. What exactly is this about this CoreAudio AAC encoder? Should I make any changes now? I emphasize again that this problem has only existed for a few days. I've been streaming since October and there have never been any problems. Please just have a look at a piece of my stream. Go at 01:04:40.
THANK YOU

No, that is how/when/where you are noticing the issue. You are making OBS keep track and process the audio at different sampling rates. That has been noted to possibly cause problems in the audio processing sub-system. If you aren't using the Logitech webcam mic, then disable it in Windows so OBS can't even see it/be aware of it [there may be another/simpler way, but I don't know OBS Audio well enough to be sure]

And note that when you started noticing a problem, and when the problem actually started don't have to be the same. maybe...maybe not... and a seemingly unrelated plug-in update/change (or Windows OS update) could create problems elsewhere in OBS. Or change in defaults in the OBS update
