Maybe someone can help me solve the problem.
Below is a short test recording. Download it and watch the recording while I was recording my screen using OBS. Look at the mouth and hear the sound, and there's a delay; the sound is ahead of the video.

I only have Realtek Audio R speakers (no microphone). I have an NVIDIA Ge Force 4060.
This has been annoying since I bought a new Windows 11 computer a year ago. The problem has been constant since the beginning of OBS; after recording, the audio is delayed, and the video is ahead of the sound.
I have everything set correctly, with the 48 kHz sampling rate in OBS and also set to 48 kHz in the Windows 11 settings.
I would be grateful for a response, and if someone could help me out.
