Question / Help Sound only in OBS

Hello,
I would like to put a Youtube video and I want the sound to be only in OBS I don't want to hear it I want only the stream hear it, can you tell me how can I do that ? I have VAC and Voicemeeter but I don't get it

Switch off speakers or cut off the wire to the headphones... I couldn't imagine better option.

There was some info: Is it possible to stream music, without the streamer listening to it?
