Question / Help sound on Elgatosoftware, not on obs multiplatform

Hello there

I've been trying everything to get sound from my Elgato to obs multiplatform but it never works.
I am using a headset on my controller but i have the Elgato chat link cable connected so that i have audio from my controller to my headset and the elgato itself through analog, i also selected analog audio in the elgato software and everything works fine there i have sound and video but when i go on obs i only get video with no sound and i don't know what to do.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Try recording for a bit and seeing if the recordings have sound in a GOOD media player.
