Sound offset between 2 microphones

Hello,
I have 2 different microphones connected to my PC. 1 Thormax and 1 Scarlet.

The problem is that when I record or stream, the second mic causes an echo, because the sound is also picked up by the first one.

Is it possible to shift the sound of the first or second mic in order to synchronize these two mics. I can do this when I edit a recording with Première Pro for example, but is there a plugin in OBS that allows me to do it live?

In Premiere, i can move 3 frames right to synchronise the 2 audios.

Not that it helps you but I had a similar issue and couldn’t resolve it. Best I could do was dial in an offset on one mic to sync them but over a relatively short time they de-synced again and the echo returned. Hoping someone may have a solution also.
