Question / Help Sound keeps glitching and breaking up

My audio on OBS multiplatform videos keep glitching, breaking up or produces static. This is really pissing me off. I updated to the latest version of everything. It doesn't matter what I try to record it does it with everything. I use the blue yeti microphone brand new cables. Every other program works fine with it just not OBS. My youtube audience is complaining so I need a fix soon. My computer is brand new and in great quality, but I have a feeling it has something to do with my CPU. Is there a setting I can downgrade to fix the problem or just make it go away? I have attached a link for example...
