Audio Interface issues streaming with FB Live.

Can someone please explain how to set up an audio interface for FB Live.

When using an audio interface I get poor sound quality streaming to FB Live

Are there preferred supported audio interfaces?

Or is there a specific way it needs to be set-up?

Any advice is appreciated


Set-up

DJ Mixer with 2x 1/4 connectors out of the mixer and into the Audio interface

and USB out of the Audio interface into a laptop.
