sound issues Obs studio

Hello.

What I would like to do is record sound from my game and my mic. I have speakers and headphones. I would like to hear the game sound and mic through my headphones.
The game and speakers are internal sound card (speakers(realtek audio) Therefore in OBS Desktop audio device is (speakers(realtek audio) . And as you can see it can detect sound.

The mic and headphones are on my external sound card , ( Line (2-steinberg ur22mk11). Therefore
in OBS Mic / Aux device is Line (2-steinberg ur22mk11). And as you can see it can detect mic sound.

I have the sound in 2 audio track

When I record a game will talking into the mic,
Game sound is coming from the speaker.
Mic sound is head though my headphones.
Then I hear the recording, I either hear the game or the mic. Never both.

I would like to record both sounds and hear while recording the desktop and mic through my headphones. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your time.

Thanks for the quick reply. Without changing the file format, I have now lost desktop audio when I am not even recording. Don't understand what is going on!

I broke down like this

I know I record with listening the desktop through my speakers and o my voice on the headphones but I would like to hear both on my headphones.

Sorry for the late reply. I am having problems. I installed Voicemeeter and that is working fine. When I use Obs ,I can record my voice but not the desktop. But Obs desktop sound bar is showing activity then the game is playing.

Here is my Voicemeter setup. The browser is coming out of virtual input aux.

I setup the Properties for desktop Audio device to all options available and even though there is sound showing and I would hear it, it is not being recorded.
