Sound Issue when Recording

Hey there,

I have been recording some old family VHS tapes and transferring them to my computer. Problem is, when I play back the videos, there is no sound.

I bought the device and program from Amazon that lets you transfer old DVDs or VHS tapes to a computer via USB and did everything the little booklet told me to do.

How do I fix this issue?
