Sound is working fine for several hours/streams and then it stops until I restart stream (OBS audiomixer constantly displaying normal output)

So I'm running mic feed and regular audio from a soundcard and it's all working perfectly for several hours/streams, I wont change anything and then my audience starts telling me they cant hear a single thing even though I've not changed anything on OBS it's still showing all the sounds happening as they happen in the audio mixer? And it doesn't seem to resolve itself until I restart again and then it's all working perfectly until just all of a sudden the audio stops again (for the live audience only as on my end I'm still always hearing it fine and OBS is still showing the output working)?! And then now I've checked the VOD and even when you're reading the chat and you can see dozens of people saying there isnt any sound there but there literally IS sound in all but one VOD (the first one where I did get the twitch blue screen of death but then right at the end the sound and video also both came back on in the VOD). But my mods and all the rest of the audience was telling me the sound was off until the end when i was live every one of the 3/4 times its happened? The same thing randomly happened last week but seemed to solve itself until now.
This is my last crash log: https://obsproject.com/logs/U-jA3x28SsQhiaku
I've also attached the last 4 logs..I'm aware they were saying another instance of OBS was running during 2 of them but it was already happening before I had to restart OBS anyway so beyond that I'm wondering what the deeper issue here is..
Thanks so much for your time and help, much appreciated <3

Apologies, but can you please clarify what you mean by ''unstable connection''? Since you're reffering to the VOD's im assuming you don't mean internet?

The vod track is sent in a relatively "hacky" way to twitch because the protocols used for streaming don't actually support multiple audio tracks.
because of issues on twitch's side of things, their system gets confused when your connection to twitch drops and outright drops the main audio track from the stream.
