Sound feedback issue on YouTube stream when using OBS with Google Meet

I have OBS 26.1.2 and iOS 10.15.7. I am able to stream the Google Meet window to YouTube and have successfully installed iShowU Audio Capture. However, there is feedback that begins to loop whatever is being said by the other person on Google Meet. I have a scene in OBS that is between two streams of videos. The scene has a Window Capture source and an Audio Output Capture source. The purpose is to allow someone to in real time, present something on YouTube (verbal). We're using Google Meet for this purpose. The window works, the sound gets through, but after a few seconds, it starts feedback and then that loops and intensifies. I can see it on my Audio Mixer.
