Hi,
I'm an untrained A/V volunteer for my church. Since Covid, we have been live streaming our services every Sunday, and I've been doing it for a few years now. However, I REALLY don't know anything about what I'm doing beyond, click this, click that, and hope nothing goes wrong. The person who set it all up and rand it during the pandemic is no longer a member and we have just been trying to make do.
Something has been wrong with the audio in OBS for about 6 months now, where sometime, randomly, during the live stream the sound just drops off. In the audio mixer the sound bar just stops showing any input, often when someone is speaking. It's usually happens 3-4 times throughout the 1 hour service live stream. I can't find any sort of pattern or cause. the input is still coming through our sound board (Behringer x32), as well as the Blackmagic switcher that we use. The only thing I have been able to figure out is when it happens I can go into the source properties and go down to the "Audio Output Mode", uncheck the "use custom audio" box, and then check the box again and it comes back. But there is no sound on the live stream for 5-15 seconds while I do that.
I'm on a 64bit PC that runs Windows 10, and using OBS 30.2.3.Below and attached is the most recent log with the sound dropping off. It's all gibberish to me.
Please help?
