Sound Being Robotic/Cutting in and out Fast

So this happens every now and then and I'm not sure what the problem is. Re-starting the stream fixes the issue only if I completely close OBS first. If I just stop and start the stream then the issue still happens. I'm not sure what causes the issue to happen. I attached the log file. Any help is greatly appreciated
