SOS with OBS Settings

Hello guys ,my name is Titan009 (Sergiu) i want to change my setting is obs because after i upload video on YT i lose to much quality.
PC Spec: Amd Ryzen 5 1600 / RAM 16GB / 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 UPLOAD SPEED 80-90Mbps.
Can anyone tell me or send me where i can find good tutorial or zmth more explicit
