My broadband uplink bandwidth: 30M
CPU：AMD X4

Do you have any excellent OBS settings recommendations for this configuration? I want to broadcast 1080P 30FPS video. Why does my computer say that the encoding is overloaded, and the computer is very stuck. I tried to lower the FPS, but it still has a super freeze.

What makes a huge difference in OBS is the GPU (graphics processing unit). You need to discover de graphics chipset and follow the recommendations found in the forums according to your configuration. The answer also depends on the number of sources, number of scenes in a collection and the number of transformations (filters). You may also consider a second old computer to share the load. I cannot be more specific unfortunately.
