Question / Help Sony Vegas OBS Problem

If I record a video with the game and discord as one track, and my mic as another, the audio is fine in the Windows Media Player, but in Sony Vegas, my mic mixes with the game and discord track, but my mic still exists as its own track. Anyone know a fix?

This sounds like something you should be asking on the Sony Vegas support forums. If the file works in media players, it's not an OBS problem.

I just fixed a similar problem (maybe the same). Do you mean in OBS the tracks are seperate but when you import it to sony vegas all the tracks are mixed together on each track? So only listening to track 1 hears everything, only track 2 hears everything etc?

If so click the audio mixer.. you can tell OBS to direct which audio device goes on to which track. So you might have game on track 1, mic on track 2 and discord on track 3.

For some reason OBS default setting is to place all sound devices on every track.
