Sony HDR CX405 Poor Quality in OBS

Hello All,

Great to be here as a new memeber with so many in the community to help!

We are a small church using (3) Sony HDR CX405 Cameras to stream / record our services. The image in the side screen of the cameras shows a crisp sharp clear image but the image on the OBS screen is grainy and noisy. We have two different styles of converters, an Elgato HDS 60s and two small (in line) HDMI to USB converters. The image is the same regardless of the converters. I have posted a link to one of our recordings. We have added light but the poor quality remains.
I have tried various settings in OBS but nothing has helped. I would appreciate any guidance.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I will get a log and add it when I have the chance to get back to church and grab a file.
I will also look into the root hubs to make sure we are putting only one converter per hub.
