Bug Report Sony handycam ax33 won't connect as webcam

I am trying to live stream on YouTube, but my camera is not showing up. I bought an elgato 4K LiveCam for the camera to work. It hasn't. I downloaded Sony Memories that is made for the camera. No way to transfer the video to OBS. I googled everything I could and there is nothing to help. I clicked everything I needed to, all the wires are in, and the camera is not connecting. Please, I NEED HELP.

Does it show up as a video source in other applications, like Skype? Not all camcorders can be used as webcams.

As for the Elgato, do you mean the CamLink?
