When I connect my Sony a6400 via an Elgato Cam Link 4k and switch to movie mode, the screen/feed in OBS goes black. Other camera modes work (e.g "Auto") but the camera image is cropped and not 4k, just 1080p - plus no control over video settings. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions to fix would be much appreciated. OBS is running on a 2019 15" MacBook Pro.
