Sometimes my stream does not have resolution's change option

Hi all.
I'm having problems with my OBS Studio (I also had them on Streamlabs OBS). Normally, when I stream on Twitch, my video at 936p has the option for viewers to change resolution, so they can watch it for example, at 480p. But sometimes, randomly, the streaming does not let people to change resolution, so they have to watch it at 936p, or if they have slow connection, they can't watch it :(.
I'm not changing any config between times to make the problem appear, it justs occurs randomly when I open stream.
I would like to know what is the problem that cause it, or if there is an option to force that always have resolution change options.

Thanks all and sorry for my terrible English

oh really? that's sad... I have some followers that can't watch my stream at the best resolution. Then, the only "solution" is to close and open stream?

Ultimately, you need to get partnership with twitch in order to be able to guarantee quality options OR you need to switch to streaming to youtube.

This is called "transcoding." As an affiliate, it is completely random for you to get this on your stream. Only Twitch partners are guaranteed this for every stream.

If you want to make sure you have it, pull your stream up on a tab and check your stream options yourself once you go live. If you don't have the options, end stream and go live again. Repeat over and over until you get it. :)
