Hi, I am having a issue with lag. If OBS is open, streaming or recording I don't usually lag when I play a game, except the normal little frame drop. But sometimes I do, a lot. I dropped down to 1 frame per second when OBS wasn't even streaming or recording. Just open. It does not have anything to do with what time it is because yesterday I streamed at the same time and it didn't lag, while today it did. Please help and suggest me anything.
