I have been messing with settings for days now and watching countless YouTube videos to no avail. When streaming all movement just comes out blurry... to reduce this and make it acceptable I have to stream at 30fps. I should be able to stream 60fps no problem especially when only doing 720p. I have a brand new build with a 9th gen i7 9700 and a nvidia Gtx 2070 with all the workings, nvme drives water cooled etc... so there's no way this beast can't handle it. I'm already at 5300 bits 720p fast processor set. Anything lower than fast I start seeing frame drops while gaming, crazy again this is top of the line processor. Also if I stream with nvidia software it will do 1080 and 60 fps no problem. It's obs that can't do it . Problem is really limited control with nvidia. O and internet is 100 mb down and 20 up so plenty sufficient
