Bug Report Some resolutions listed double in webcam settings

Hi, i was messing around a bit with de 32-bit version (0.10.1) and noticed some double entrys in the the resolution lists of my webcam settings when choosing a custom resolution.

i have an old logitech 9000 pro (usb2) and it does work good for the rest but i also noticed some errors in my logfile when i was messing around with it.

Also checked this with 0.11.0 64-bit but the same thing occures also in that version. (lots of double resolutions listed).

Another thing that i noticed after downloading and using 0.11.0. I have 0.10.1 and 0.11.0. only had 1 source setted up for testing but for some reason the source in 0.10.1 is dissapeard but it's still visable in 0.11.0.

The newer version does use a different folder structure for storing data.

When you start 0.11.0 the first time it will convert the old structure to the new one and the older versions will not be able to access the profiles / scenes anymore.

@dodgepong. Im not sure, haven't tested it much nor will i be able to today. But when i have time ill do some more testing to see how and why it happens and add it here.
