Some lag

I'm trying to record with a capture card from Xbox and I see the image with a bit of lag, that type of lag that stops the image just a moment and continue, so it's not smooth.

The log says this many times:
warning: Found EOI before any SOF, ignoring
fatal: No JPEG data found in image
Error decoding video

I read something about FFmpeg too but I don't have many knowledge in this topic, if you can help me, thanks!

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Thank you, after installing the encoder it works better, not perfect but better.
Yes I view the gameplay through OBS. I just have one device capture. The Device 2 and 3 is the same I just was testing different settings.
The output format I was thinking to set mine at 720p and recording at 1080p, but I tried before and didn't improve, maybe with the encoder installed it will work better now.
