Bug Report [Solved w/ 19.0.2] OBS Studio 19.0.1 crashes on startup

Good day,

I upgraded to OBS Studio 19 yesterday and also decided it was time to delete OBS. Done.

Yesterday it took a horrendous amount of time to try and get OBS Studio to run for me, several reboots and restarts. Whats strange is the crash doesn't kill the executable it remains in a run-state, so when you attempt to start again it tells you its running gives you the option of starting or aborting, and if you start, it crashes again.

Uninstalled and reverted to 18.0.0, working fine.

I downloaded 19.0.2 a couple days ago but i get an error when trying to open the x64 version. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it. I ran the scan and windows told me all files are there. I am running Win10.

The Program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Reinstalling did not help.

Thanks in Advance.

If you have RivaTuner installed, update to the beta version.

Hey guys, with yalls help i made my first stream to Fb live today. I was just testing the waters to get a feel for the software.

Couple things:

1. There was about a 9 second delay from obs to when it appeared on the live. I checked the delay to make sure it was disabled and it was. I was just curious if this is normal or should i be looking for another setting? Currently 1280x720 on all resolution settings, using my phone as the cam through Alax program, video bit rate 2500, audio 128, 30 fps.

2. Do you guys know of a link that will show me how to use the camera AND the mic from my phone? I was using my phone for the video but i have not yet been able to figure out how to get audio through it.

Thanks in Advance!!
