EDIT: After some more Googling, I stumbled across a Reddit user having a separate, but similar, issue. One of the replies to his question said to "make sure you're [...] not throwing in b-frames" I set B-frames to 0, and now it works so smooth I can't believe it's not butter. (I couldn't resist, sorry.) Moderators/staff, feel free to delete this thread if you'd like, as it wasn't actually an OBS issue, just me being a derp.
As the title says, whenever I load a video recorded with VCE into Movie Studio 13, the preview stutters horrendously. I haven't tested with the x264 encoder, but I have tested with x264, and there isn't any stuttering. I have also tested with CBR and CQP, and both produce this stuttering in MS13. However, when watching the video in "Movies & TV" (default media player for Windows 10) there's no stuttering at all.
I can't find a CFR option, not sure if that's implemented yet.
Audio is fine, no quality loss/problems there. Recording format is MP4, and I have two audio tracks set up (so much easier to sync audio now, thanks! :D).
Here's the link to the log file OBS gave me:
https://gist.github.com/9069bda0813b40695a3f
Edit: Link to log file with both x264 and VCE recording (x264 is first, then VCE)

Not sure if it shows my system specs, but here they are:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: One R7 260x and one R9 380 (OBS seems to be using the 380 to record, usage goes up in MSI afterburner)
12 GB of RAM (identical sticks)
The video is being recorded to a separate hard drive that doesn't have anything running off it.
Thanks in advance!
P.S.
Wasn't sure if this is a bug report or me being very oblivious, so gave it the Question/Help prefix.
