So when I first started streaming, I did my research and set obs accordingly. Everything was fine. After a couple of months, my stream is dropping/skipping frames. Even when I'm not streaming and just in preview, the video will skip frames. Settings are the same. Please help this is really annoying. Thanks.

Look at dates if you didn't believe me, log has no streaming or recording. You uploaded wrong session.

This log says that all things is right, nothing to worry about. Studio is OK.

thats what i noticed but my stream skips and lags. Dont know why this is.

So I stumbled on the resources tab and found a guide on ElGato HD60 Pro set up. My problem was that I changed the base resolution on the ElGato source to 720p @ 30 FPS. Which it suggest never should be done. Has to be set to 1080p @ 60 FPS as is that is the default setting. To stream at a different resolution use down scaling. This fixed my stuttering problem instantly. Knew it was a settings issue as video would stutter in preview mode without streaming. Thanks for everyone's help. Such a simple fix.
