There's this: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-studio-send-an-udp-stream-to-a-second-pc-using-obs.455 but I don't think that's what you need. There's no mechanism for segmenting, or writing a playlist file, or even a mention of transport stream. You are trying to deliver via HLS instead of RTMP then?

Hi, yes, I would like it to deliver HLS. With following the instruction above, what will the output be and where is it stored? or is it just playing the stream live?

Nevermind, OBS can record to m3u8/ts once set in the Output options.
