Hello i have a problem with OBS Studio (WIN 7)
Hardware:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
CPU: 4x 4.0 GHz Intel Core i7-4790K Haswell
GPU: 4096 MB GeForce GTX970
Mainboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 3
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1600MHz Kingston
SSD: Flash 120 GB Samsung 850 Evo
Power Adapter: 530 W Bequiet Pure Power L8 CM 80+
My problem:
Aero activated = FPS in OBS are in a range of 15 to 30fps (without streaming or record - i just opened OBS)
CPU usage: 3-5%
Aero deactivated = OBS reached 60+ fps, BUT - the picture is flickering and jiggles , like as if Vsync is deactivated (it is hard to describe because english is not my native language but i hope you know what i mean).
Example: I move a folder and then there are "Stripes" and "flickering" while i move the folder around or ingame when i turn around or do something else with "movement" so it is not just ingame it is the whole computer
CPU usage: 3-5%
So what can i do?
The hardware should be fine to use OBS and to record. I can't record like this. Because the problems are starting when i open OBS....
Has anyone an idea what i can do in this situation? I would really love to use OBS.
In best case a solution could be with Aero activated because there i have no problem with other programs, it is just OBS
and without Aero nothing works correctly as it should.
