Question / Help [SOLVED] OBS frame loss

cpu: i5-6600k
gpu: gtx 980
ram: 12gb

so what is happening is that while playing overwatch OBS's frames drop down to 20-10 fps ( in game its hovering around 60) but it's mainly in the menues like the title screen, the character select screen, while playing the game it drops down to 45 in obs but not in game. anyone got any ideas?

I'm having the same issue currently on my i7-6800K at 4.3 GHz and nobody nor myself can figure it out :/

Do you have multi-adapter compatibility enabled in the game capture? If so disable it.
Also try to limit overwatch's fps.

this has helped quite a bit, by turning on vsync and off multiadapter its staying at a stable 60fps in obs. thank you ♥
