I've tried just about every option that was given to me to try and fix this problem, but it keeps happening. I've changed my server, taken off my firewall and antivirus, reset stream key, lowered bit rate, using wired connection, used xsplit as a test and it worked with no disconnects, I also tried streaming to hitbox and had no disconnects with obs. My network adapter driver says it's up to date. I've restarted my modem and router, I've uninstalled obs fully and redownloaded. Nothing seems to have worked. For some reason obs doesn't like when I stream to twitch. It disconnects me every 10 minutes, I've used two accounts on twitch as well to test it. Settings > stream type: streaming services. service is twitch, then my server is the one i changed multiple times. under that is my stream key.
If you're asking how I knew which one to choose, I used the ping thing on obs, as well as another program that shows what server is best for you.

jtvping is not a good program to use to check that, nor is the built in ping utility.
use http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester instead and choose by highest quality first then bandwidth.
ping/RTT is largely irrelevant.

Did run a "long" test in TwitchTest? Maybe your ISP is throttling after a certain amount of time.

Yeah xD It's been 4 years of streaming and this problem came out of nowhere, it's only with obs too xD and only when streaming to twitch. My isp said nothing was wrong with my connection, but I'll tell them to do whatever they can anyway. Thanks for all of the help you two, I really appreciate it!
I'm not sure if I should start another post or continue this one, but I'm still having the problem, just recently did a factory restore. I feel like I've done everything I could on my end to fix this problem but nothing works. I've even streamed at 240p with 800 bit rate just to see if it would work better.
Just to recap, my stream disconnects every 10 minutes when connecting to twitch.
I can stream perfectly fine to hitbox and youtube.
My laptop can stream on twitch without problems, aside from it being a bad laptop.
I've tried every suggestion given to me so far, and the last resort was a factory reset, which didn't help.
Both my antivirus and malwarebytes doing a custom scan can't find anything bad on my computer.
I've emailed both my ISP and Twitch about the issue, but anything that was suggested didn't work.
