Question / Help [Solved] Lost H.264 hardware encoder after reformat?

I used to have an option in OBS Studio to use my AMD hardware encoder, but now that I have reformatted my computer, OBS Studio only allows software encoding. I have installed AMD's drivers but apparently this isn't enough? Does anyone know where I can get back my hardware encoder? Using the software encoder I get terrible stuttering in games.

I feel really stupid now. I had to switch the "Output Mode" dropdown at the top to "Advanced". Disregard.
