Hotkeys wont work when OBS is not the active window.
if i'm playing a game I can't use the hotkeys for OBS unless i switch back to it.
I switched scenes twice with the window active, twice with the window inactive(doesn't work so its not in the log), and twice again with it active.

Edit: Found out it was my macros that wouldn't work with obs when it was minimized but the regular keys worked.
Edit: Delaying the ms between keystrokes on my macros to 30 fixed my issue!
