Yes, I've been searching for this issue a while now without any success, I tried every possible option I saw on the internet. Here are a few examples I've tried: trying to change the bitrate, encoder, FPS, resolution and such without any solution.
I'm having following specs: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770, Intel Core i7-2600K @ 3.40GHz, 8 GB, BenQ XL2411Z 144hz.
Constantly around 300 fps and decent ping around 20-25 with OBS turned on.
It's running fine overall but there's a little problem that is annoying as f*ck, lag spike/stuttering for a second, unplayable.
OBS Settings:
2500 bitrate, Hardware (NVENC), Base: 1280x720, Output: 960x540, Bicubic and 30 FPS.
Internet:
38 Mbit/s Download and 7 Mbit/s Upload.
I know for sure that im not alone about this issue and it seems like none have figure it out yet, as far as I know.

I've been trying every single server possible in OBS and it seems like US doing very well, no lagg so far atleast !!!!!!!!! (Settled in Sweden, EU) Currently using US West: San Francisco, CA
