Question / Help SOLVED: Game Capture not working

Display Capture works just fine, but when i try Game Capture it just shows a black screen, I've tried running as administrator, in fact, that was how i fixed my Display Capture when I first installed OBS, or rather, one of the steps, I'm on a laptop.

Edit: just realised that the log says it wasn't running as administrator, trust me, i turned it off to see if it fixed it, it did not and i have it running as administrator again
