Question / Help (SOLVED) Encoder Overloaded - Everything in OBS is fine, no issues

Hello, my OBS Studio says "encoder overloaded" even though my task manager shows everything at a nice % and frames dropped is 0, yet my OBS stutters and I get a freeze for half a second.

It happens every 5 minutes or so. No PC issues, no idea why this is happening. Can anyone help please?

I will be streaming tomorrow so would love to try and get this sorted as I do this full time for my job too.

OK, I've been advised to turn off "Psychovisual tuning"

I was quite excited to see if that fixed the issue.. but sadly not :(

Here is my new log file from testing the stream to my bot account, where it froze for a moment once again

I am a full time streamer and artist, so I would really appreciate your help on this so I can stream tomorrow :D

In short, the stream runs fine, 108060fps, no frames dropped, 4/5% CPU, but every 5 minutes it freezes for half a second, and says "encoder overloaded"

It reports no frames dropped and my PC performs fine. A bit unsure why. Should I have restarted my PC after turning off "Psychovisual Tuning?"

Turns out it was my image slideshows!

No idea why..!
