Question / Help [Solved] Cannot Add Stream Key, Cannot Add Sources/Scenes

I am trying to add my twitch stream key to OBS. I go to Settings -> Stream, and there is a box to paste your stream key. However, every time I click on the box, OBS crashes. I'm not even trying to paste in anything when it crashes, just clicking. The same thing happens no matter which service I select. Am I doing something wrong? This is the first time I've ever tried using OBS.

Here is a link to the error report it gives me:

And here is a link to the log file:
https://pastebin.com/63v1UhhN EDIT: I picked the wrong log file by accident, here is the actual one:

Any help would be appreciated.

(Also, while I don't know if this is related, the Auto-Configure Wizard also crashes every time I try to use it. But I figured that it wasn't 100% needed to run the software? Here is the link to the error report from that: https://pastebin.com/gwgsEq0B)

EDIT:

I'm not sure if I should make this a new post or not, but I also found out that I can't add new scenes or sources. Every time I press the + button for scenes nothing happens, and when I press the + button for sources the little menu for what type of source appears but no matter what I click on it doesn't actually make a new source. When I try to duplicate the scene that is there by default, nothing happens. Pressing the scene minus button gives me an error that "There needs to be at least one scene" even though the default one is there. If I right-click the main screen and select Add --> Scene, the "Create New" part is grayed out and I can't click on it.

So far really the only thing I've found that works is the recording button, but since I can't add any sources all it records is a black screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problems still persist.

I managed to solve this problem through the community chat (https://obsproject.com/chat). Somebody else actually asked the question, so thank you random person!

Essentially, the issue is that my OS is 10.9.4, which is apparently is not stable on the newest version of OBS (19.0.3). When I downloaded an older version, all the problems above went away (except for the Auto-Configure Wizard, because it does not exist on this older version). I have not yet attempted to stream yet, but at least now I have a fighting chance.

In case you want it, here is the version of OBS that I downloaded (18.0.1).

I'm just leaving this comment here just in case it can help somebody in the future.
