Question / Help Solved - Black screen when VLC source recording

Hello, looking for some help on figuring out what I am doing wrong. I added VLC with my stream link as source but when I start recording to my C:\Temp drive, the output is getting created but recorded video is black screen. Is there a Preview option that I can test and see what VLC will record before I hit the record button? My link plays in VLC just fine when I play it in VLC directly and not through OBS so not sure what is going on. Thank you

Hello, thanks for responding but unfortunately Media Source isn't working either, Black Video :(

EDIT: Actually I was adding the VLC Video Source incorrectly. I have it working now. I was adding my source link as the "Name" instead of the in the playlist, doh! Thank you
