Question / Help Solution OBS fps drop Windows October Update

Hi everyone,

The windows October Update activate game mode even if it was turned off before the update.
Simply go into your setting and kill it again.

Restart your game and OBS and the low fps capture problem is fixed

Hit Windows+i , goto Gaming/Game Mode and there will be a button to turn it off(October 2018 version only). While you are there make sure you turn off Game DVR and Game bar
